All about Sublimation Blanks

When you first time touch the tumbler, on market here have many different material, but looks same apperance, but SS304 is good one for drinking, but how to identify it? 
Let me check following details : 

No. 1 : Check the capacity of tumbler,  here have many different capacitiy tumblers, The depth of the inner tank is basically the same as the height of the shell, (the difference is 16-18mm) and the capacity is in line with the nominal value.
           
No. 2:  Simple identification method of stainless steel material:   
There are many specifications of stainless steel materials, of which 18/8 means that this stainless steel material contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel. 
The materials that meet this standard meet the national food requirements.

The grade standard is a green environmental protection product, which is rust-proof and corrosion-resistant. 
Ordinary stainless steel cups (pots) are whitish or dark in color, 
After being soaked in salt water with a concentration of 1% for 24 hours, rust spots will occur,

No. 3: Check the apperance of the tumbler:   
Look at whether the surface polishing of the inner tank and the outer tank is uniform 
and whether there are bumps and scratches; 
also whether the welding of the mouth is smooth and consistent.

No, 4:  Check Plastic accessories :  Food-grade new plastic features: small smell, bright surface, no burr, long service life and not easy to age. 
The characteristics of ordinary plastics or recycled plastics: strong odor, dark color, many burrs, and plastics are easy to age and break. 
This will not only affect the service life, but also affect the hygiene of drinking water.

No. 5： If you want the sublimation style, check the printing if easy and bright, color if beautiful is important.
